We dance investigating the way of the new dynamics that today are known as "Nuevo Tango". We like to show the people how to understand and express our way to live the tango. For us the dance of tango is comfortable, dynamic, expressive, and among two. That is today our way".

– Esteban Cortez and Evelyn Rivera are well known tango dancers and teachers, besides, they are choreographers and dancers on the Montevideo Philharmonic Orchestra and also in the show "Flor de Tango".

Mariela Sametband was introduced to tango in 2001, after having studied extensively in other artistic disciplines such as jazz, classical, contempopary dance and musical comedy. Her teachers were Gustavo Naveira, Giselle Anne, Chicho Frumboli, Eugenia Parilla and Jorje Torres among others. She and Gaston Torelli danced together for six years and co-directed the School tango Brujo. They participated in international and prestigious festivals in Argentina, Asia and Europe. Mariela also participated in shows such as "Tanguera" and "Grotesca Pasion Trasnochada" with the Argentine company No Bailaras.

She has partnered for variouse festivals and workshops as a teacher and dancer with Pablo Inza.

She began her new partnership with Alberto Colombo in February 2009.
